Try a Local parkrun

If you enjoy an active start to your weekend, North Wales and Anglesey offer a great selection of friendly, scenic parkruns. These free, timed 5k events take place every Saturday morning and welcome runners and walkers of all ages and abilities.

Local highlights include the stunning Newborough Forest parkrun, set among towering pines and sandy trails near the coast, and Penrhyn Castle parkrun, which loops around the grounds of a striking National Trust property. Further inland, Conwy parkrun follows a picturesque route alongside the estuary with views of Snowdonia in the distance.
